Your booking request

We use your name, email address, arrival and departure dates, selected apartment, numbers of adults and children, and any special requests to check availability, create a provisional hold and manage the reservation. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Bookings, calendar checks and payments

Before creating a website reservation, the system refreshes every connected calendar for the selected apartment. Available dates are provisionally blocked for seven days. The 20% deposit is paid by bank transfer; the remaining 80% is due on the day of arrival by bank transfer or cash. The website does not collect or store a full payment-card number.

Abuse prevention and verification

We use limited technical information, including a security identifier derived from connection data, to rate-limit requests, protect the website and detect duplicate, automated or abusive reservations. We may ask for reasonable verification before accepting a reservation. Invalid, fraudulent, automated or abusive provisional holds may be cancelled immediately and their dates released.

Service providers and retention

We use website hosting and email providers to operate the site and communicate with guests, and Airbnb, Booking.com and FeWo-direkt for channel reservations and calendar synchronisation. Stripe receives booking data only if card payments are enabled. No external accounting provider processes website guest data. Security identifiers are kept for 24 hours; enquiries without a reservation for 12 months; and expired provisional holds for 30 days. Personal booking correspondence is kept for 5 years. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years.

Cookies and external links

The public booking pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The protected administrator area uses a necessary session cookie. Opening Booking.com, Airbnb, Google Maps or an enabled payment provider takes you to a service with its own privacy information.
