Pick the subject your group actually enjoys. A nearby museum is not automatically the right choice if everyone would prefer a quiet afternoon reading in the apartment. The kitchen makes it possible to keep lunch simple and decide again later.

If rain eases and the ground is suitable, an abbreviated lake or old-town walk can complement an indoor visit. Bled Castle is partly outdoors, so it should not be treated as a fully sheltered attraction. Use waterproof clothing and shorten the outing if conditions deteriorate.
